At this stage, your goal is to get a feel of the language, strengthen your reading and expanding your vocabulary, and yes, to sing out loud and say the dialogues out loud, and even remember them by heart. But at this stage you do not need to focus on the grammar. ENJOY!!!

In this next clip Hardest Name in Africa is an interviewer who asking an African his name. Since their English is broken and rather terrible, I also wrote what they meant (from my understanding. This is marked with an = sign.
Watch the clip at least 2 times and try to understand the conversation.
Afterwards listen to the clip as you read the dialogue with the translation.
Then watch the clip 2, 3 – 4 hundred more times until you know it by heart.
